ParentSquare is Big Walnut's primary communication platform for district, school, and classroom communication with families. Important announcements, reminders, upcoming events, and other school information can be delivered directly to parents and guardians.

Using the ParentSquare mobile app is one of the easiest ways to stay connected and manage your notification preferences.

Use PowerSchool when you want to see student records and academic information.

PowerSchool is Big Walnut Local Schools' student information system. Parents and students can use the PowerSchool Parent Portal to access information associated with their student.

Use Schoology to view your student's assignments, coursework, and learning resources.

Schoology is Big Walnut's Learning Management System (LMS) for students in grades 4-12. Teachers use Schoology to share assignments, class materials, and learning resources with students.

Parents can also access Schoology to view information shared with their student.

Use Seesaw to view your student's assignments, coursework, and learning resources.

Seesaw is Big Walnut's classroom learning platform for students in Kindergarten through Grade 3. It gives students a digital space to complete activities, share their learning, and build a portfolio of their work throughout the school year.

Teachers can use Seesaw to share classroom activities, assignments, resources, and feedback with students and families.

BusRight is Big Walnut's secure bus tracking app for families.

It provides families with real-time information about their student's bus and helps keep families informed when transportation changes occur.

PaySchools Central is Big Walnut's online payment system for student fees, meal accounts, and other school-related payments.

Families can use one account to manage payments for their students.

SchoolCare is Big Walnut's digital student health platform.

It provides families with secure access to their student's health information while helping Big Walnut's school nurses manage student health records.

ClassLink is Big Walnut's digital learning portal for students.

It provides students with one convenient place to access many of the online programs, applications, and learning resources they use throughout the school day.

Rather than navigating to each individual program separately, students can start in ClassLink and access the digital tools available to them based on their grade level and courses.
