7th Grade students will receive an informational sheet / opt out form for Healthy Life Choices Programming to be delivered by MS Wellness Teacher, Dr. Keating, on Monday 3/18/24 and Tuesday 3/19/24. Students will attend out of 7th grade science classes. Please find the form here. If your student is enrolled in or has taken 7th grade Wellness already, they will not need to participate in the program and will be provided an extension activity in science. Please note that you can sign and return the opt out form to the office or email [email protected] if this is your family decision.
