Big Walnut has a registered nurse in the district that provides services at all buildings, as well as 3 clinic nurse aides.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Vaccination Requirement:
7th-grade students are required to have the Meningitis and Tdap vaccine. Documentaion must be provided to BWMS within the first 2 weeks of the start of the school year. Physicians can fax documentation to 740-965-6471, Attn: Nurse
7th Grade Students who do not have the required immunizations within the first 2 weeks of school will be excluded from school until they meet immunization requirements.
HIGH SCHOOL
